    Brian Haner Jr. slowly stood from his position where he'd been kneeling in front of a gravestone.
On the gravestone, was the name 'Matthew Charles Sanders'.


Now, Matthew wasn't dead. as many would presume if they were to see a sight anything like that, a young man heaving out heart-wrenching sobs.
    No no no, Matthew was alive as the wildflowers in the spring, and snow lilies in the winter.
By the way Brian's chocolate eyes were overflowing with such pure, crystalline tears, one would normally think that a relative, along the lines of Brian's very father, whom he'd been closer to than anyone in his entire life, had passed away, and Brian was taking grievances.

    Oh,but of course, the Haner family was known for their......abilities to overreact, and over dramatize all the little details in one's life.

  Matt sanders was simply going on a short, one-week vacation, to see his Auntie Sue and Uncle Derek in Seattle.

  Brian slowly dragged his converse-clad feet across his ebony stained floor, the rubber of his soles squeaking against the wooden planks elegantly tiled into the flooring of his bedroom. He sighed dramatically, grasping lightly at the silver, diamond encrusted knob, slowly turning it just so he could carefully slide open his low-grade wooden door.
   His feet dragged and thumped down on his stairs, with tears running down his neck, leaving sticky, wet trails down his cheeks, as they collected and wettened collar of his black v-neck shirt, that hugged his muscular boy in all the right ways, all the right places.
  He reaches the bottom of the curl of steep stairs, twenty-nine, to be exact, as Brian counts every step as his shoes thump against them one by one. His feet drag against the smooth, light gray carpet of his living room floor. As he turns the corner, he sees Matt Sanders standing in the living room, talking animatedly with Brian's older brother, Brent, as well as his younger sister, McKenna.
